Technical Standards The Generation System shall be installed and operated by the Interconnection Customer consistent with the requirements of this Agreement the Technical Requirements the applicable requirements located in the National Electrical Code (NEC) the applicable standards published by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) and local building and other applicable ordinances in effect at the time of the installation of the Generation System.

Professional Standards The Contractor agrees to maintain the professional standards applicable to its profession and to Contractors doing business in the United States Virgin Islands.ĮTHICAL STANDARDS Subrecipient represents that it has not: (a) provided an illegal gift or payoff to any City officer or employee, or former City officer or employee, or to any relative or business entity of a City officer or employee, or relative or business entity of a former City officer or employee (b) retained any person to solicit or secure this contract upon an agreement or understanding for a commission, percentage, brokerage or contingent fee, other than bona fide employees of bona fide commercial agencies established for the purpose of securing business (c) breached any of the ethical standards set forth in State statute or Durham City’s Ethics, Gifts and Honoraria ordinance (Chapter 2.07, Durham City Code of Ordinances, 2001) or (d) knowingly influenced, and hereby promises that it will not knowingly influence, any City officer or employee or former City officer or employee to breach any of the ethical standards set forth in State statute or Durham City ordinances. In determining whether an international standard, guide, or recommendation for purposes of Articles 2, 5, and Annex 3 of the TBT Agreement exists, each Party shall apply Decision of the Committee on Principles for the Development of International Standards, Guides and Recommendations with relation to Articles 2, 5 and Annex 3 of the Agreement (Annex 4 to G/TBT/9), adopted on Novemby the WTO Committee on Technical Barriers to Trade. Each Party shall use relevant international standards, guides, and recommendations, to the extent provided in Articles 2.4 and 5.4 of the TBT Agreement, as a basis for its technical regulations and conformity assessment procedures.
General Standards All Projects funded by this Agreement shall be completed within industry standards and best practices to ensure that the functionality and serviceability of the program’s investment meets the intent of the application and the program.
